Here is a side table for my table saw that I made last year. The table is made from 3/4" Baltic birch plywood and Formica. It is bolted to the right side of my General 350 10" table saw. The adjustable metal legs for the side table are from General (sold as a saw accessory).
Dominos hold the ribs to the top and bottom.

It's built like a torsion box.
Glue. No screws. I wasn't sure where the mounting bolts would go, and I didn't want to risk drilling into a screw for the mounting bolt holes.
Trimming the edges of the box on the table saw to make the top and bottom perfectly flush.

Routing out pockets on the box's bottom for the legs and mounting bolts.
Ready for Formica.
Trimming the Formica with a flush trim bit and OF1400.
Laminating the edges.
Fitting the box to the saw while keeping everything in the same plane.
A Systainer on a ladder helps hold it in position while parts are bolted on.
