A Thank You to Festool Customer Service

I found out on the FestoolUSA website that there are free kits to change the OF 1010 and OF 1400 router depth indicators from metric to imperial measurements.  I called Customer Service a little over a week ago to ask for one for each of the two routers I own.  After providing the serial numbers of the routers, they told me I'd have them the middle of the following week (this last week).  They arrived via UPS on Wednesday.  Two small plastic bags with the parts:  one with the plastic support leg and a metal strip etched with the new numbers and an allen-type wrench used to remove the metric one and reinstall the new one for the OF 1010; the other bag with a stick on metal strip with the new imperial numbers to replace the one with metric numbers for the OF 1400.

I just got a chance to install the new parts today.  It took me a total of 10 minutes to do both.  Very easy for those that are interested, and all it takes is a phone call to Customer Service.  They were super nice and delivered on their promise of delivery and time.
