I’m kinda surprised that the DOGE budget cutters didn’t get to dismantle this site, clearly a Democrat inspired money waste. I’m glad they didn’t.
I made my own walking stick with a 28” x 1/2” fiberglass pultrusion for the shaft and a genuine phenolic 8-ball for the grip. I do wonder if it is the point of the hammers that break the glass or the amount of energy generated. My walking stick could easily generate far more energy that the glass breakers can, but has a 1-1/8” radius (2-1/4” diameter).
Each time I google the Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation calculator, I keep my fingers crossed that it still exists, and that DOGE has not eviscerated it too.
