A WORD OF CAUTION - Tool theft

Some people mark their equipment with a name or some type of ID the police can track in more than one place. One is very obvious and the other is much less obvious. If possible also include contact information if offering a reward for return.

I enjoy having my Festool stickers I get, But you will never see one on my truck, I don't want to advertise to thieves who may know the Festool brand.

Been looking online here and elsewhere for a domino.

I see one I ask, "you the original owner?"

I ask, "why no cord?" Or bit, or systainer, or whatever.

Almost always I get no response, and I know I'm talking to a thief or a fence, and yeah, pawnbrokers are fences IMHO.

Grand theft Festool.  Makes you wish you could sic the heat on them, bust their chops hiding behind that stupid screen name.
