Just a follow up...Purchased a Laguna 14/12 bandsaw and a handful of blades from Acme Tools and it arrived in just-fine condition. I guess that has more to do with the chosen carrier but I’m certain Acme has a say in their logistics.  Their customer service sold me versus other vendors, the questions I asked were answered rather than the boxed response of you’ll need to contact Laguna...haven’t assembled the saw yet, still waiting on the mobile base, something about a snow storm up north however it was 64 degrees and sunny here in Texas. Thanks again

Yes we had snow/rain/wind all together up north yesterday. Several people are w/o electricity still  [mad]

Hope you get your base soon. I have been lurking at the Laguna bandsaw for a while and would like to hear from your experience.
