Advice on Framing Nailer purchase

Did you get a replacement gun in the end or have you gone for another nailer? I'v used the paslode nailers for years both 1st and 2nd fix and I like them but they can be a pain in the ass if they aren't maintained and cleaned regularly.

Dewalt had the gun for a week and replaced a "module switch" under warranty.
Only got gun back yesterday and it's firing fine now but for how long...
I'm keen to keep it because when it does work it's superb. Easily as good as gas gun / paslode I've had previously.

Interesting, I've had mine for over a year now and I've had no problems with it, touch wood. I also moved over from a very old Paslode that was ok but the Nicad batteries were shot. I like the straight out of the box and fire with the Dewalt, no messing with gas.
On a side note, I just had the electronics replaced on my TSC 55 under warranty but I have not heard of anyone else on hear have problems with theirs, so hopefully yours and mine are one offs.
