Curious what you cleaned the rollers with?

Nice sled, any photos of it by itself?

I used denatured alcohol on a clean t-shirt.  I couldn't turn the rollers by hand but was able to wipe down 90% of the cylinder.  I had never done that before and it made a huge difference, now I do it every time I pull the machine out. 

I built the sled based on this video/article.

Mine is a little longer and a little thicker, I used 3/4 MDF for the torsion box and 1/4in plywood for the top and bottom.  I made it a little too thick, I can only use it with stock that is about 1.25" max although I don't think I'll need it for anything thicker.  I pressed nuts into bolts and used t-nuts to allow for horizontal adjustment of the balance bars.
