AGP Diamant Trenn

thats loads slower than a tile cutter jmb, i have a rubi tx900 and cuts laeger porcalain like a hot knife through butter. for wet cuts 1 want a bridge saw

The Rubi's a different animal though - that Protool looks way faster than say, a MultiMaster when cutting in the middle of a tile or removing a cracked tile from the center of a wall or floor. Add in the guide-rail and dust extraction and it looks well handy - bet it isn't cheap!

Awesome, I don't see that tool replacing my wet saws. However I do see that replacing my angle grinder for a lot of things. Of course it will NAINA, you lucky dogs.

Thats what I am kinda thinkining it can be used for more than just one type of job.  Also I do not do a lot of tiling so buying a tile cutter will just be gathering dust. This AGP protool can be used for cutting cement boards things like that. Cutting tiles already layed for front door to sink a door mat in flush with the tiles.  Cutting all sorts of material which the TS would be handy for but you cant as its not made for cutting dusty types of materials.

Dean it might be slower but you dont know how hard they are pushing they could just be moving slowly also their is a bigger model than this one if you wanted the 225 instead of the 125 which is the one I have linked above. Also Dean you seem like the type to give it some beef! lol  [poke]

Here you can see the entire range. even though the third one looks like a completely different tool.

Oh it will also cut metal well I think it will just stick a metal cutting blade easy cut piece straight!

I know a job I did last year where it would of come in dead handy! I had to cut out 5 meters by 3 meters hole out in a flat roof to put a glass  roof on top it was tight and needed to be as straight as possible cut out this would of done the job well the big brother as it needed to go deeper than this little one can go.

i can see it being useful but just not for cutting tiles imho. Nothing beats a manual cutte for speed. i canse the advantages of cutting exsiting tiles or even trimming around a room after laying to put a border in so its all dead straight. I looks like the hilti chaser to me but on a guide rail
