Festool Junkie is stocked and will now absolutely Guar-hon-tee delivery beginning July 1st.

What a pretty site to see when I walk out of the office!

Pre-Order the Festool Kapex KS 120 Sliding Compound Miter Saw.  We will run your card for this transaction, and you can make Installment Payments towards the saw as well.  Have this sucker paid off by July 1st, and keep it under the radar from your significant other.

Once again, we will guarantee shipping on July 1st.

OK, Tim, I really think you need to put some sort of warning right at the start of this post.  You know the one aimed at people with things like heart conditions and the like, stating that viewing the attached pictures could lead to rapid heart palpitations, increased respiration and blood pressure ultimately putting you into Kapexitosis.  :D

I'm starting to feel the ghost of Keats welling up through me as I feel the need to compose a work of poetry entitled Ode to a Festoolian Kapex.

Cheers,

Darrin

Come July 1st, ...we'll take one down, ship to your town, one less Festool Kapex on the wall...

I'll keep that in mind Darrin.  It was great to have you in the shop over the weekend.  You will have to come back and play again soon.  Perhaps we will find a cure for your Kapexitosis.  Then again, I don't expect the remedy to be discovered by July 1st.

The second one from the middle of the top bottom down appears to be broken and should be shipped to me RIGHT AWAy so that I may fix it.  :) ;) :D ;D 8) Fred

Timmy,

Why can't they be shipped now?  I don't think there is any government restriction, it just seems like such a waste for them to sit there!  I need it today, and really don't want to delay my trim job or use some other piece of crap instead.

Tell me you will ship tomorrow and I'll even buy somebody one (other than me)!

Some people are just mean.  its like nah nah nah, I've got 100, you've got none. Looks like its time for Mr. Banduchi to stop by for a midnight "buy".

...and you are a certify festool technician, right?

mastercabman, dagnabit, you went and ruined my secret about being a certified master festool technician.  ;) Now everyone is going to know and want to send me their festools.  :) Okay, send away. Fred 8)

I don't think the whole of Australia received that many KAPEX all in one hit.

Perhaps not any government restriction, but certainly a governing restriction.  July 1st in Colorado...perhaps I will need to deliver yours personally dude.  I like the Rockies in July!

Edit:  Think you could get me the "fast track" from the Eisenhower west?  I would rent a little red convertible.  Me and your Kapex, buckled in, cruisin' the rockies with the top down.

Now that is just cruel and unusual punishment.  I think thier is a law against that.

It's hard for me as well folks;  You know I bleed green, and want to get the tools to you guys!  Beside, It is not near the agony that Anthony puts us through with his posts.  On a scale of 1-10 Festool Junkie delivered about a 2; whereby Mr. Anthony delivered several 6-7's with his recent posts, and a knock-out 10 with his "look at our shop" (said in the best nah nah nah nah naaaaa nah voice) in the infamous NAINA, but in Oz post.  Darlene asked me where I wanted to go for summer vacation and I said, Ideal Tool.....uhhhh...Australia.

while you are in the colorado rockies you can swing past my place and drop one off.

RW, sorry but Timmy said you have Philadelphia deliveries.  ;)

Timmy, I think the agony is yours especially as I have been told by the little birdie that all dealers make 125% of the retail price of all sales of the Kapex DELIVERED prior to July 1st.  ;) :o
By the way, I am willing to join you and Darlene in your trip to Ideal Tools, I mean Australia.  8) Fred

I cringe when I see that picture and wish I lived near Nebraska so I could drool over the wall of KAPEX's!!!

Smart move on Festool USA's part! The boxes are big and they have 500 dealers in the US. Rather then keeping them at the warehouse get them out to the Timmy's and Bob's so you can build up more stock at the warehouse.

Timmy, you are more then welcome to visit me in Canada anytime, just bring a "gift basket"  ;D

Fair enough. I will try and keep my posts around the 1-3 level from now on.... nah, who am I kidding.

Then I ponder on current events, and it is NA who has the MFT3s and we don't.  :(

Anyone wanting to drop into IdealAustraliaTools are most welcome - you know, if you're in the neighbourhood of Oz.

Looks like I might have to load up the F250 instead of the little red convertible?

oops! ;D    sorry!!! ;D

Well I guess that answers my questions...which was why the FestoolUsa website was showing Kapex as in stock today!  Talk about slippery slope...I think that Timmy should change it to "FestoolPusher".  How about another "hit"?
