Hello All!

I am new to this forum, but am a woodworker and tool designer. I have recently finished developing some amazing new custom inserts for the systainer S76 minis that are compatible with the new SysRack. These inserts are precision fit, and when used with my lid plates, every piece of hardware stays within its compartment when the systainer is moved or shaken.

I think you guys may really enjoy them. I spent a ton of time on the development. Check out the release [below, and the inserts are available NOW on my Etsy

I will be updating news on new versions on my Instagram as well!

Hope you guys enjoy, you won't regret trying them out!

Nice...now this thread is worthy of further investigation. Lots of possibilities here.  [big grin]

Just noticed this product is manufactured locally...maybe I'll try to arrange a visit.

If he made the retainer sheets so that they could run through a laser printer, that would be a plus.

I don’t know what you would have to do to achieve that though.

So you turned a mini into a systainer(3) organizer... :)

Not clear if this would be better than going the gridfinity route for a mini (bins would be more flexible).

Are they 3D printed or injection molded?

Yup I am just outside the twin cities!

Something I'm looking into for the future. I am printing the retainers out of PETG transparent now so you can somewhat see through if you get the mini systainers with the clear lid

Sensational product dude!

Thank you friend! Took quite a while to get it dialed in perfect

Sort of! Because the hardware is all retained, and there are two levels of dividers, it is much more efficient than what they offer for storing small hardware and parts. If you use the bigger one they offer, you are just wasting space. I can fit hundreds of components into these.

Right now I am 3D printing them. Don't have the resources currently for injection molding

Very clever!! Congratulations on the finished product, it must feel very rewarding to have put in so much time and thoughtfulness and come out with such a clever, well-executed product.

I have one of these Systainer Racks sitting in my Shop waiting for a good use case, I think you just found it. Will reach out via your Etsy shop.

Again, congratulations, looking forward to seeing what else you come up with.
