In the past, I've spent lots of frustrating time trying to contact a real person at Amazon.
These days, I no longer buy big tools from Amazon much, with my switchover to Festool, as well as my decision to buy from local stores.  And Amazon's prices don't seem as competitive as they used to be.

I hope for Amazon's customer service this number is the latest one. I've had thier number a few times only to find out it was changed at a later date when I needed it. I guess they get bogged with phone calls after a while and decide it is time for a number change.

I used the Amazon phone number I posted last Friday.I bought a Fluke volt meter and some how duplicated the order and was able to clear it up with a phone call.
