Another plug for Bob Marino & Festool

Placed an order with Bob on Wednesday night for a LR 32-SYS Hole Drilling set.  I just met the UPS man this morning(Friday) with a package from Festool in Reno!  Now that is what I call great service!  I am not a professional woodworker, but if I were, this is one of the reasons to be dealing with Festool.  Accessories and parts arriving in rapid fashion to complete a job without delay.

Thanks for the kind words, but the credit here goes directly to Festool's dealer support staff - Lars, Ravi, Debby and Kasey and Terrance at customer sales. They are on top of things, not missin' a beat, gettin' them orders processed!
Couldn't deal with nicer, more efficient people then them!
