This one is a team effort due to the scale of the project, I shall update this thread as we go (fingers crossed) [big grin]
The stair is American White Oak and will have Burr Oak wall panelling, none of that painted beadboard malarky here! [tongue]  ;D ;D.
Anyway some pics of progress so far.

Looking good! Is that a domino slot I see for the balusters?

Sadly no! [sad] I fear I have my work cut out in educating Festools benefits, however, the cut string was made with a TS55 (panther blade) and 600mm rail with the cuts finished with the Trion and a chisel. Tread nosings and returns on the CMS/OF2200 router table, returns are domino'd  and moulding under the treads mitred with the Kapex. Tenons on all strings made with OF2200 with guide rail , got to love that set up [big grin]

Anyone found a way to fit the Trend stair jig sub base to a Festool router yet? The wall strings were done the semi old fashioned way, black and yellow excuse for the brilliant Elu 177E and the jig that is now oooh! 15 odd years old, slightly battlescarred.....another thing when the router slides less than one wishes refrain from giving it a coat of beeswax lubrication... [doh] [jawdrop] [oops]

Whaddya mean? Surely Brit tongue in cheek humour travels well, after all if it wasn't for our (then) governments greed the Boston Tea Party would not of happened and we would all be one happy family still...Oh! hang on... our successive ones have been as bad or worse so we may at this time be in an enbittered divorce through the UN!!!! That would not end as well ;D

I thought they were Domino holes too. On a similar subject heres a good video I found on You Tube showing a jig for doing round tenons, could have done with it a few years back when I had to cut round tenons on some square spindles.

Festool - Runde Zapfen anfräsen

Cool vid, Chris.
You do not need German language skills to see what is going on but it should be said that the commentary stated that the workpiece should be introduced to the cutter slowly.

I also now know what those slots in the fence are for [blink] not found in the manual ! Cheers buddy.
