Anyone have a Planex in the Atlanta area?

I have a friend that would like to have all the popcorn ceiling removed from his house. I told him about the Planex and was impressed with everything but the price.

I offered to ask on this site if someone local has one. He of course is willing to pay since it did it by hand on the Master Suite knows what a pain it is to do it by hand.

Hi! I'm new around here and have actually been contemplating a purchase of this tool with dust collection for the exact same reason! Bought a house for flipping, and have already hand scraped quite a few rooms, but with more to do, there is desperate need for a 'cleaner' method. And if 'lending a helping hand' earns me a discount on a tool I was intending to buy later, I'll jump on that now!
