Meezo, I have one.  Bought it from a dealer in the U.K.  PM me if you want their info.  It was quite expensive because of the shipping charge.

Ken if you don't mind me asking what did it end up costing you. I have been interested in this bag for some time. Finally put my hands/eyes on one this weekend and it is every thing it appeared. I too would like one. PM if you don't want to say publicly.
THANKS
Tim

No problem posting the detailed info.  I'll just keep the dealer's name off of here in case it was some kind of violation, I wouldn't want them in trouble for it.

It cost me $244.92 plus got a letter from UPS 10 days later that I owed another $15.32 broken into $9.32 U.S. Customs duties and $6 brokerage charge.

The breakdown for the $244.92 is 109.99 British pounds for the bag + 39.99 British pounds shipping/handling totaling 149.98 Britsh pounds.  Converted at the time to $244.92

So, in total, I paid $260.24

OK so it's green I could get past the price. Do you use it daily, like in the field or do you think it would hold up o.k. to daily transport, and do you feel like you get your money's worth? Sorry to be so windy but I was intrigued after seeing one in person. I just want a solid opinion and I know you work in the trades.

It holds up quite well, but I also take care of my tools and accessories (I don't toss stuff around and abuse them), especially my pricey Festool collection.  I do all kinds of work, mostly carpentry from rough through finish, but I only have a need of the bag's contents when doing finish work or cabinetry, so that would need to be taken into consideration.  I'd be most worried about the zippers holding up over the years of using it, so I'm cautious while zipping and unzipping it and not over stuffing the bag, busting a zipper.  Loaded with accessories, it is heavy as I found out when showing the Festool staff at the Baltimore trade show.  Long walk from the parking garage to their booth at the other end of the show and all the way back.  Too bad it can't be carried like a back pack.  I've only owned it since last August.  We shall see!

Mezzo, I priced this up about a year ago, (there is a thread relating to it), and the postage costs for 10+kg, was about the same price as the bag for me to send.

The price Ken has got for purchase and courier is very very good and I would go with it, you wont get better. Just keep the dealers name off the FOG!

I have had the bag for a year or now and it is invaluable as a protective holdall for your rails, parralell guides etc, etc. As Ken said dont put anymore than two 1400 rails in the top section and you wont strain the zipper.

Just a shame you cant get it in NAINA land!

Guy, it actually took some time for the bag to stretch, so I did it gradually, but it has 3 rails in the top section.  Boy was that tough figuring out what direction to place all 3 for the lowest stacking depth.  The credit goes to you guys from the U.K. for showing me all the stuff you put in yours - that it is possible.

Ken

One trick I have found is that it is possible to fit 2 x 1400's and an 800 rail in the top if you loosen the restraing straps in the bottom section that hold the parralell guides in place. This can be done without risking the parralell guides crashing about.

When you zip up the top rail section you can see if there is too much strain on the zipper. (Hopefully!!)

Like anything it is trial and error but you can fit loads and loads in with a bit of ingenuity. [scratch chin]

Guy,  that's exactly what I found!  It took quite a while of messing with everything in the bag to come up with that solution.  I also used a thin pvc type hose that the store called pool hose, to cover some of the parallel guides from rubbing or hitting into each other in the case.  Tom Bellemare said it was for discharging pools.  It rolls up flat.
