Well, certainly not as popular as the more traditional sanders, there is a market for the RAS, and when you need it, you need it.

I have one, and as you are probably aware UK dealers sell on ebay. but you only ever see the odd one listed,which made me think that there was not much demand.

Due to the unexpected demand created here on the forum and in some of our videos, the RAS is in a back order situation.  There may be dealers that still have them, I'm not sure.  Unfortunately, I don't have any information that I can share on when to expect to see them back in stock.

I got tired of calling the dealers in the back of the catalog.

Seems like with today's technology, one should be able to make a query that would reach all dealers. I'd like to buy one and perhaps somewhere there's a dealer I can't reach who would like to sell one.

This is by far one of the coolest shaper/grinder/paint remover sander out there, Also the dust collection is fantastic as can be!!

I have one unit in my store it is a reconditioned tool (for Canadian markets only apparently) and I have sold a bunch of the reconds.. As for new machines I have been told should be August
But I was also told should be June two months ago hahahhaha
