Anyone make a 5/8-inch nominal ply Domiplate(or DIY fixture)?

I like building cabinets using pre-finished ply and quite typically I build from 1/2 or 3/4 thick material because I have a domiplate.  For a variety of reasons is like 5/8 to be an option.

I know WoodPeckers one time domino fixture can do 5/8-inch ply.  Other than that, has anyone made their own or are there other options beyond the stock fence?

Thanks

I would use the Domiplate for it, the 3/4" side, and 5mm Domino's instead of 6.

There is probably no real market for a 5/8 version… that thickness being rather rare.

I would think that as long as you kept track of your reference surfaces, you could use either side of the Domiplate. Each side should put the mortise in the pretty much the same place in the ply. The only difference being which reference surface gets the extra 1/8 inch thickness from the mortise center point. Then I would use the same Domino you would use in 1/2 inch ply.

For oddball sizes, I loosen the Domiplate screws and put spacers (washers, dominos, etc.) between the two surfaces.

Washers/spacers are a good idea. I can't figure out why I didn't think of that.  I got so hung up on seeing the etching of 1/2 and 3/4 I went to the desire of a 5/8 specifically.

Thus far I've been using the 1/2 keeping my referenced edge straight (I do that now always anyway since the material I get tends to vary in thickness a little which messed me up once good).

Thanks for the ideas.
