It is good, but limited to 600mm but can slide along to do longer joints, I did this last week. What I like is the way it clamps to workpiece with the festool clamps, very quick to setup.
There's no case for it, I've been meaning to make a case for it just not had time. I keep it in a safe place in van, but it's quite sturdy.
You need to make sure you use the right width of cutter with it, can't remember exactly the size but I'm pretty sure its different from the one you use with a trend jig.
