I had to ask, because as I was perusing the ekat catalog of parts tonight for the stuff in my LR-32 Hole Drilling Kit I found this:

10 770443 Cheese head screw M6 x 16 2 0.78   USD

Commonly seen in older days when our fore fathers took pride in manufacturing and made cool lookin stuff...
My photos from vintage gas pumps. Art deco era.
Not an expert but every one I've taken out was fine threaded.
Maybe an old timer can chime in.
Also I think a fillister is taller.
These days my flat head screwdrivers are for prying stuff apart.

these actually did come from Win scon sun. Great state.
Zoom in and see the round heads all over those pumps.
For the curious the sweet old gal wanted $100 each. Was firm.
