Are catologues on back order?

I spent quite a few $$ in March beating the price increase, then also filled out the catalogue request form on the FestoolUSA web site. None of this has triggered a Festool catalogue to be sent my way. Seems like I asked for it at least 2 or 3 weeks ago, but maybe I'm being a bit impatient?

Jim,

Catalogs are sent in "batches" and processed in the order received.  Everyone who had requested a catalog prior to mid-March should have received one already as part of the first mailing.  Those who requested after mid-March, please allow at least 3-4 weeks for delivery.  I believe new requests are processed monthly and a mailing was just recently prepared (last week I believe).  The catalog is available as a PDF from our website although I know that's not as convenient for most folks.

Should old customers have gotten a catalog automatically, or do we have to request one?
I bought a saw, sander, domino, mft + accessories over the last couple of years from two
vendors.  I moved, but gave a change of address to the vendor I dealt with most recently.

PM or email me your mailing address and I will check the address we have on file for you and whether you are in queue to receive a catalog.  Existing customers should have gotten a catalog however your dealer probably did not communicate your change of address to us.

{Edit} Please note that our dealers should also now have the 08/09 catalogs so if you are near one or visit one, you can pick them up there.  Just to be sure, I would call ahead so that you do not waste a drive though.
