Are clamps covered under the warranty?

One of by quick clamps is no longer usable.  After the second time of it "popping" open during use (that was a kick in the teeth) I've shelved it.  I had a chance to look at it the other day and the teeth are worn on one side so it will keep tension for a few seconds but then it works itself open.

That is an accessory, so no.

In the UK stuff can be guaranteed for up to six years,it depends on several factors,Price coupled with perceived quality ect.I would ask for it to be replaced if you feel it has failed prematurely regardless of warranty. you may me pleasantly surprised.

Is this what happened to you?

As you can see there seems to be like a chip or something in the middle of the clamp.

Sorry for the bad photo, cellphone :/

Pretty much.  The teeth are worn on one side so the clamp doesn't hold.

Thats worrying because I have owned these for about a month, month and a half. So I just assumed it was part of the machining or had some reason for not making it solid :/
