Everyone,
If you tried to attach a photo to your forum posting this morning, you might have received a message that said something about the attachment directory being full and you were unable to upload attachments to your postings.

Well, we've had a lot of activity lately on the forum, and we used up all the space I previously alloted to the attachment directory!  This morning, I increased the space in our attachment folder, so we now have lots of room again for attachments.  We're all set to keep posting and attaching.

Just don't want anyone to worry!

For those interested in technical details, the forum is housed on a server with a hard drive.  I dedicate a portion of that hard drive to attachments.  As the forum grows, the portion of the drive dedicated to attachments gets bigger.

Stay in touch,
Matthew

Good Afternoon,
Some of you may have received a warning message in recent days when you tried to upload photos to your posts -- something about the attachment directory being full.  The attachment folder, which stores all of our photos, got filled up!  That's good, because it means we have lots of activity.

I have just doubled the size of the attachment folder in the forum, to accommodate more photos.  So uploading photos is back to normal, and should remain that way for a long time.

Carry on,
Matthew
