hi guys

i have a porter cable 517 face plate templet and i need a bit of help

ive tried to help myself by doing some googling but.........................  im probably asking questions in english english....  ::)   

it looks like the product is discontinued (because PC is owned by delta? now)

i need a CAD drawing of the guide bush (preferably AutoCAD LT 2000 format) so i can get one made in a euro style

Glad you found what you need...

Just to set the record straight Delta never owned PC that I recall.  Both were owned by a holding company called Pentair in the 80s and 90s and then sold to Black and Decker IIRC.  The Delta website used to be a great resource for finding info and parts when Pentair owned it all but since the B&D purchase it seems hard to find any good info there  IMHO...

B&D has DeW..., D..ta, PC, and other stuff??? I used to get their crap free in gas stations with a couple of fill-ups, or as the surprise prize inside, or by sending in 10 box tops from my favorite cereal. Now they make you pay for it.

It all appears to be going south (or far east, euphemistically and literally) as a result of the move toward conglomeration, but the same is true of a lot of other formerly solid names. Some of it is truly sad...

I have a lot of stories but don't feel comfortable revealing them so publicly.
