Axminster Tool UK present a great number videos - the focus is on education, with a very soft sell of their products.
Two of their latest videos are on Router Basics, the first on freehand, the second using a router table.
I found both videos excellent, and well worth while recommending to novices, especially with the emphasis on safety, kickback and direction of cut. I learnt a lot, and enjoyed both videos.
