this is all out of cherry wood and stained, the pictures make it look a little blochey but in the bathroom it looks great.  the 10 drawers were all done with undercount soft close drawer slides, they work great.

now let me tell you how smart I am !!!

the back walls were 33  41 (angle wall) and 53.  so intelligent me decided to build the 2 straight wall cabs first then see put them together and see what middle needed to be.. so I built them at 33" and 53" back wall deminision..  used prefinished maple and cherry for ff and outside side face.  after doing this all of a sudden it hit me I SCREWED UP BIG TIME....

forget to figure in the angle and should have used outside measurements and bisect angle at the 22 1/2 !!! so they were both 8" to big and the middle cab would have only been 8"  dah I said to me self along with some other choice words....

So I had a friend help me with the math and rebuild cabinets and then the midde came out at 23" 7/8.. perfect... so I stained the pocket screwed face frames with all the spaces for the drawers and they looked sweet..

so I used a sanding sealer and then stained... the sealer I used sucked big time and they looked like crap !!!  so now I remake them and buy a professional sanding sealer from minwax. the first one was also minwax but basic one I guess.. the pro worked great.

then after staining she wanted it darker... by the time I got done I had mixed up 6 different color of stains into one batch, and made sure I made enough to cover everything as I had no idea what portions I had dumped into the batch.!!  you know add a little bit of this and a little bit of that and so on... and it finally came out and looked pretty darn good I thought and so did I... and got paid !!!

yea I ain't no top of the line pro stainer, but i am getting better !!

so by the time I was done with all the redoes I think I only made 5 bucks an hour !!!!  but it was for a refferel that I have done lots of work and I learned !

another way for the cab sizing…..Cut cardboard 24 inches deep lay against the wall like making a countertop template. Mark the overlapping angles and take back to the shop. Add reference points  [smile]

I make most stuff in my head and lay it out on the cabinet grade plywood. Im surprised I don't have more issues like the one you had. I also do not have near as many built ins under my belt but word is getting out  [big grin]

Nice job Kreg.

The cardboard would have to be 21", these are vanities. Other than that your method works well.

Doh! lol

Very nice job Kreg.

I really like the rope moulding accent under the counter tops, nice touch.

That corner cabinet seems a bit off with the two smaller drawers on the bottom, not sure I've ever seen it done that way.
