I wrote an inquiry about a bad battery and Shane got back to me immediately with the response to contact Festool about the problem.  I did and within a week I had a new battery and they didn't even ask for the old one back.  This is why I would recommend Festool to anyone in the market to buy quality equipment.  Thank you Festool.
