Festool USA has announced the price increase originally scheduled for earlier in the year will now be effective on Wednesday, July 1st, 2020. The price increase will be affecting almost 600 tools and accessories. Almost all tools are increasing by an average of 3.3%. Accessories are increasing on average by 6.4%. One notable increase is the MW 1000 mobile workcenter, which is increasing by $75.

It's the discontinued model. No information from FUSA about intentions to introduce a new model, which would be the RS 200 that has been offered in Europe for some time now.

If you go to our website and you don't see a message on the product page about the price increase, the item is not increasing.

For some reason for the past 6 months or so I can’t get into the Tool Nut site.
I think they’ve blocked out-of-US visitors or something.
I’ve checked all over including Festool’s Global site but for the life of me couldn’t find that list anywhere but @ Tool Nut.

Yes, we blocked all traffic originating from outside of the U.S. for a few reasons.

1) We don't ship outside of the contentinental U.S., and believe it or not we get a LOT of inquiries about this even though it's on our website. So, it prevents any confusion on the matter.

2) It's been proven that there are parts of the world where a lot of online bad actors (hackers, etc) exist. For security reasons, I think it's in our best interests and those of our customers, to block certain countries.

3) Lastly, the price increase only applies to the U.S. market. Canada may also have a price increase, but the pricing would be different.

I’d like to know this as well. I was looking to buy a midi and domino combo. I know they had deals on extractor/tool combos years ago, but I don’t see them anywhere anymore.

Thanks for the info Shane. I was looking to replace my 10 year old mini with a new Bluetooth unit and of course a domino.  I thought that maybe they just weren’t advertising it.
