Yes, we now do free shipping on all Festool orders, we switched the minimum order amount last week, it used to be a $50 minimum for free shipping. . Now any order from Festool will be free Shipping!

Do not think the free shipping is valid in all cases. Today I placed an order for $65 in Festool stuff and was charged shipping.  I do however have to say you sure ship fast.

I ordered today and it was shipped today...Are there certain Festool products that do not qualify for free shipping?

Recently, I placed an order with Beaver Industrial Supply for a Festool consumable item.  On their website the product page clearly stated that it was free shipping, however, when I tried to place the order over the internet it wanted to charge me for shipping.  I played with it for a little while to see if I could get it to give me free shipping.  Ultimately, I couldn't convince the website - so I called and placed the order over the phone.  No problem! - the Sales Rep took care of it - free shipping.  I would think that if you have been charged for shipping since the change that they will refund it if you contact them.
Product was well packaged just like Bob use to do.

There is free shipping on all Festool items. When you are at the check out after you put your zip code in the option will show up, if you got charged for shipping you chose the smart post option and not the free shipping option in that selection menu.

FWIW, if you're looking for the successor to Bob's business there is both a "festoolsonline.com" which redirects to "festoolsales.com" and a "festools-online.com" which is Beaver industrial.
