Does Testools have a reseller's program and what is the procedure to become online dealer / reseller ?

As a volunteer moderator I can't give an "official" answer, but would advise you contact Festool directly in your country.  I see in your profile that you typed you were from the US, but when I track your IP address It comes up in Pakistan.

I would expect the festoolusa guys to be smart enough to helpfully forward such a request to the german headquarters.

I would agree with you and that is why I wrote what I did at the end, but sometimes things get lost in cyber space.
