I would go for the sipo version, or make your own.
9 years ago I was making a balcony/deck fence, and I wanted to get sipo tenons for it, none of the local stores had them in stock, while they all carried the beech version, so I made my own, I think out of mahogany.
The benefit for me was that I could make them a bit wider, so it felt better using only one tenon per style. (I did use regular D4 glue instead of epoxy. (I also ordered some sipo tenons for future small outdoor projects)
