I'm looking to get some finish on short notice and wanted to solicit opinions on brands...

My shopping options are Amazon Prime, HomeDepot, Lowes, Woodcraft, and a local lumber yard.

The big boxes seem to primarily be Minwax with a few Zar products (no ultramax).
Woodcraft looks to be mainly General Finishes.
The local lumber yard is primarily Cabot.

The project is a rustic kitchen worktop and I'm looking for gel stain, sanding sealer, and WB Poly. Thoughts/opinions?

Old Masters Gel Stain
Zinsser Bullseye Sanding Sealer
ZAR Ultramax Satin wb (modified) clear
or Sherwin Williams Wood Classics clear

All excellent choices if you can get them.

Again, check out Rubio monocoat.  For water based poly, Check out poloplaz for the hardest finsih available.  For gel stains, I think general finishes have a great product.

Thanks for the suggestions. I found Rubio Monocoat at a local green building supplier so I'm giving that a try.
