Best Protection for outdoor wooden roof

Hello dear members,

I'm trying to maintain the wooden roof on my house & today i finish sanding. Wanted to ask if you can help me what finish product i should apply. Im living in Greece & we have very high temperatures on summer & low on winter with raining. Wondering if the festool suffix will do a better work from other products of the market ? I have read other similar topics in the forum but i can't find the brands that you are suggesting for the finishing work.
