BestFence for Kapex

I have a BestFence Pro (with the wheeled stand) from FastCaps for my Kapex which just arrived. I like the stand and the fence--both look very nice and are very durable and sturdy. I was just wondering if anyone has this set up and how you attach the Kapex to the stand. I didn't see any instructions on how to actually attached the saw to the stand. I am certain I could figure something out, but with the money I have in both of the products I wanted to make sure that I attached is properly. I think I could just place some screws through the holes in the Kapex and into the laminated wood on the stand but the way they advertise being able to store the saw sideways when the stand is folded up I have questions about how secure it would be with just 4 wood screws.

If you have this set up, please send me some pictures of how the saw attaches to the stand. I have the stand and fence figured out, just need to mount the saw!

I have my Kapex on a BestFence.  Love the combo.  I originally had an older Hitachi on the BestFence but replaced it with the Kapex.  Make sure you are using FastCap's Kapex mounts for the fences.  It keeps the tables locked in solid and completely level right at the Kapex table.

I just used FastCap's PowerHead screws to mount the Kapex to the table on the BestFence.  You should have a bunch of them in different lengths that came with the BestFence.

While I don't store my Kapex vertically, I have had the whole assembly vertical when I need to get it out of the way for a short period of time.  There has never been any movement.  It is solid.

Don't have any pics on hand at the moment, but I could take some this weekend as I have a couple of small projects to do.

Thank you, P2P! I actually just called Fastcap and figured out the problem--they didn't send me a hardware kit. That is why I was confused...I did not have any of these powerhead screws! I figured there were numerous ways to attach it but since I didn't have a professional opinion or recommendation from the company I was hesitant. Now I see that my confusion was because my shipment was incomplete. They are sending me the powerhead screws so that should solve the problem.

When you mount it on the boards, what hole do you put the boards in for the Kapex? I was planning to put the mounting boards in the center hole before putting the Kapex on them. Does that work well for the Kapex? Thanks for your help!

Here are a couple of pics of my Kapex mounted to the BestFence.  When I mounted it, I attached the tables and aligned everything first, then screwed the Kapex down to the BestFence platforms after everything was level, etc.  Hope this helps.

I am getting ready to pull the trigger on a Kapex and already know I will be using Paul's best fence system. Probably going to go with the bench mount though.
