Better use the $50 Pro 5 Sander coupon soon!

Shane, that category has 15V batteries. I'm assuming those are NOT covered by the voucher?

Let's ask [member=57769]TylerC[/member] to confirm. But, Festool USA does classify batteries as "tools". Edited to clarify - batteries are classified as tools for the purposes of warranty.

Batteries are categorized as accessories, so they are not covered by the PRO 5 voucher. Sorry if that creates an inconvenience for you.

FYI, the voucher MUST BE RECEIVED by Festool by 12/31 (it's not enough to purchase the tool before then...you need to get the voucher to them prior to 12/31).

Shane, Tyler, thank you for clarifying this!

One last question -- does Syslite Uni qualify? It has a product number and a serial number and seems to be categorized as a "tool".

I'm also glad I got a reminder email from FestoolProducts.com about the expiring voucher and the fact that it needs to be submitted by 12/31.

Now I need to decide by end of day - CXS or RO 90. If still in doubt, I'll pick up a Uni or a Sysrock. Bought too many green tools this year already.

Yes, all of SYSLITE work lights qualify as tools.

I have a spare voucher if anyone is interested, send me a PM.

[thumbs up]

For anyone buying/selling/sharing a voucher, the recipient only needs the voucher number. Not the entire physical voucher. So, it could probably be sent electronically.

[member=57769]TylerC[/member]  and [member=48572]Shane Holland[/member] have suggested that the SysLite and the SysRock are eligible for application of the $50 coupon, and that just the coupon number would be sufficient.  I have just attempted to buy the SysRock at both ToolNut and the Festool website (CONUS purchase) using a donated (thanks, S) coupon number, and was unable to complete the transaction.  When I called ToolNut Customer Service, the very helpful representative alleged I needed the paper coupon to fill out and send in and would subsequently receive a paper check in the mail.

Did I speak to the wrong very helpful representative?

Hey, Gary, sorry for the trouble placing your order.

The way you redeem the voucher is as follows:

1) Order any new Festool power tool
2) Once you receive the power tool, go tohttp://www.festoolpro5.com and enter the requested information which will include your name, address, voucher # and serial # from the tool you purchased
3) Allow 4-6 weeks for Festool USA to mail you a $50 check

There's no need to mail the paper copy to Festool. It can all be done online. If you still have questions, feel free to call back and ask for me at 1-877-866-5688. Glad to help you out.

Or, if you have trouble with that link like I did, try this one:
https://www.festoolusa.com/company/pro-5-rebate

Also, for some reason the site asked me for the Pro5 tool numbers (T-Nr + S-Nr), then the voucher number, then the new tool numbers (T-Nr + S-Nr).....

Fortunately, the person who donated his voucher to me, sent photo's of all required information so my registration for the voucher was a breeze.

[member=60452]McNally Family[/member], I saw your post about that link not working. It's working for me, but all it does is redirect to the link you provided.  [unsure]

Thanks for including the other link in case others have issues too.

It must be something in my settings then.  This is the message I received when I tried your link:

                                          Safari Can't Open the Page

Safari can't open the page "http:www.festoolpro5.com.  The error is:"cannot parse response"
