OMG!!! What a SUPER pack job!!! [thumbs up] [drooling]

RO150 Wrapped up in two inches of ever-so-reusable bubble wrap, then further protected by the inflatables.... And NO POPCORN!!!! [big grin]

Best protective packing I've seen yet.... and NO POPCORN!!!! [tongue]

Thanks for the 2-day delivery. No issues at all. Well done.... and NO POPCORN!!! (Other dealers, are you listening?? You know who you are...)

You're now on my short list for further purchases...as long as you always guarantee NO POPCORN!!! [eek] [big grin]

(Popcorn = that horrible styrofoamy, plasticy stuff that gets all over the floor when unpacking, and then fills up trash bags that take up tons of room in your garbage can... nobody will recycle the stuff)

Cheers,

Frank

Concur!!!  Bob's packing minions do a phenomenal job of wrapping to survive the rigors of UPS and USPS.

If your really a hardcore recycler. I think that you can take the "popcorn" to UPS stores and they'll reuse it.

No Thanks.  I'm happy to put recyclable material in the bin that is designed for it, but I shouldn't have to go to lengths to deal with material that the weekly recycling truck won't deal with. (Like styrofoam and "popcorn").  Other alternatives exist, and dealers should be making life as easy as possible on their customers.

Cheers,

Frank

A lot of the popcorn used today for packing is biodegradable and actually dissolves in water.
Pretty nifty the first time I dropped a few of the popcorns in a cup of water.

That said, I hate the stuff too. My favorite is the air bags. I reuse them for shipping my own products out.

We are and always have been Amazon prime members and a lot of the packing is the "potato popcorn" that you drop in the toilet and watch it go away. Good stuff.

I wish that Bob had a storefront for me to pick things up. I love about 10 miles from his shipping warehouse but would love to get my fix there.

Cheers. Bryan.

I appreciate Bob's use of bubble wrap as well- everything arrives undamaged and my granddaughter (2 yrs old) enjoys jumping on it too!

For you dealers that still use packing peanuts, here's a quick case study:  I run a warehouse that ships electronic equipment- we switched from peanuts to bubble wrap a year ago.  Not only do we have happier customers, but our packaging costs decreased.  Even though bubble wrap is more expensive, we use less of the product.  It probably helps when I reuse the bubble wrap from Bob too....

Regards,
Gerald

Thanks Frank and All.

I am a firm believer in spending more up front with bubble wrap, double boxing, etc, to help ensure a pristine item to my customers. Doesn't mean there is never any damage 100% of the time, no one is perfect, but we try our best.

Thanks again.

Bob

Bob's guys pack & ship better then most  [big grin]

I order Blum from a wholesaler that uses a lot of peanuts.

After chasing them across a clients lawn, I finally just gave up on my frugal side.  [embarassed]

Bob is the BOMB, not only does his packaging "boggle the oggle", his prompt personal service is outstanding, it doesn't matter if after hours or the weekend!!!

I agree, Bob & his shipping crew do a fantastic job. I received my RO 90DX FEQ today & was amazed at the packaging. I have never received anything that was protected as carefully as my order was. I did a photo documentation just so anyone who has not yet had the pleasure of doing business with Bob Marino can see the lengths he and his crew go to, to insure your order arrives safely.

Outstanding job! [thumbs up]

Thanks Bob and All. Once again, over wrapping/protecting is money well spent.

That's some impressive packaging for sure. My domino and assortment from another vendor weren't packaged that well, but they were still well packed and arrived damage free. :-)
