For those who are looking, I just got an email that Beaver has some in stock and ready to ship. Their website seems to reflect that.

Good to hear TS75 is fianlly available :)  Thanks!
But is there any chance NEW updated version of TS75 will be launched in near future? or is this only TS75 Festool plan on continuing?

The TS75 is an old design and it would be nice if it was updated but Festool tends to never update their lower production tools (OF 2200, HL 850, DF 700 etc).  Even if they announce an update tomorrow it will still be a year before it's available in North America.

That's true... I guess TS75 performs good as is now :)  And I guess I can always switch over to new version when releases in future.  I jumped on it and ordered one! BIS has been great for me and I can't wait to expect it sometime next week!

One other quick question. Is there advantage of using Festool saw over table saw crosscut sled? Or do you use Festool saw mostly for rip cut only?

There are quite a few advantages to a tracksaw over a cross-cut sled. First of all is capacity. A cross-cut sled is limited by the width of the sled itself and how far you can pull it back from the blade. A tracksaw has no such limit.
Second is weight. The weight of the material has to be pushed over the saw on a table saw, whichever direction you need to cut. With a tracksaw, you just need to move the saw itself.
Third is capacity. If you need to cross-cut a full sheet of plywood in half? Many table saws are limited to 36" on the fence and even if you have one that can go to 52", is that really the way you want to wrestle it? A tracksaw makes that easy.
Angle? You want to make a cut that is not parallel to any other edge? Table saw is effectively out at this point. It can be done with a sled or jig, if the piece is small enough, but not on larger panels.
Also there is simple size considerations. Taking the saw to the piece when dealing with big pieces is just easier.

Thanks so much for detailed explanation! :) your reasons make perfect sense!  I'm glad I went with Festool route. Small pieces on crosscut sled advantage also makes sense :)

If you think of the MFT as a replacement for a sliding miter saw, the lightbulb might go off for ya  [smile]

What updates are you thinking about?
The OF 2200 was the newest router before the last 1010 update.

The HL 65 got updated to Plug-It years ago. No idea what updates the DF 700 would need. HL 850 neither.
