Bit size for new bench holes

Hi,
  I have an MFT, however I built a new shop bench to work with the MFT, can someone tell me what size bit to use, even what style bit is best.  Also best procedures for straight bores. Thanks. Sam

To match the holes on the MFT?

20mm, probably best to use a router bit in a plunge router.

It makes very clean holes easily using a router with an 8 mm collet.
