Black/Grey vs. green/black hose

Hello! My new CMS router table came with a vac hose. Curiously, it's black/grey, not the typical Festool green. Works great, no problem there, but just curious if that's a new design?

Not new. Just not anti static like your black and green ones.

Find the silver pipes a lot more flexable and havnt had any static problems.
I have lots of both pipes in my shop and i am tending towards the softer silver after years of the hard green.

The other advantage is that the hose is at a lower cost.  Here in NA the CMS packages are bundled versus in other parts of the world where the kit is alacarte.  I haven't had any static issues with mine.
