Hi there

Have a ts 55. It's currently stuck down and won't retract and thus won't power up.

I'm aware of I send it back it could be a costly repair, has anyone had this will it not be worth the cost of repair?

Thanks

Matt

Personally never had this happen however can you see any damage to the Fast-Fix mechanism here?

I wouldn't send the saw in for repair for something simple as this, probably a little piece of wood stuck somewhere or a lever or spring stuck. I would take off the dust hood to find out why it sticks.

Make sure the fast fix is all the way in. I have had that happen before, it just took me engaging the fast fix again to clear it. If the blade doesn’t rotate, it is almost a guarantee that the fast fix is somewhat engaged.

Cheers. Bryan.
