Blum hinges on IKEA cabinets—the same as regular Blum hinges?

I need a couple of restrictor clips for a Blum 110 degree angle hinge.  From AH Turf (my regular vendor) they are $0.11 each on any quantity.

Shipping is $23.75 by USPS (Post Office) regular ground shipment.

However, if I go to Amazon.com and buy the same spec item for Ikea Blum hinges, they are 50 pieces for $19.95 delivered with my Prime account. 

I assume they are the same.  Please correct me if they are not.

Clearly, the Amazon sourced pieces are a better deal (not so for larger orders that include hinges and slides, etc.).

The Blum restrictor number is 70T3553 for the 110 & 110+ Clip Top hinges.

The do list this part number:  Blum 70T3553, so it seems like a good deal.  I placed the order.  To arrive on Saturday.
