I know it has been said before, but Bob Marino's packing crew does a FANTASTIC job! Just got my CXS drill, so much bubble wrap there is no way even the worst delivery guy could screw up the prize inside! THANKS Bob for a great site, a great deal on this discontinued drill, and great service as always!

I echo this. My CXS arrived today too, and it was unbelievably protected. Same for the RAS.

They do an excellent job. I do not know of anyone that comes close to Bob's shippers.

By contrast, this is how not to ship something. It arrived the same day as a delivery from Bob.

This was how  a $700 sewage pump system was shipped by FedEx. There is a 30+ lb cast iron pump setting loose inside the tank.

Thanks guys. There is no such thing as too much bubble wrap; false economy to do otherwise and our rate of damage on items is very, very low, yet still once in a while UPS manages to break through the defenses. We are working on making sure we lower that damage rate  even further.
