Bosch Systainer T Loc

I know this has been brought up before, but wanted to renew the conversation if anyone has seen any or knows where to find them?
Ive only seen them on the YouTube link from an old post, but nothing since.

Ya, that's the youtube video I was referring to and in that vid, you can see the Bosch T Loc. Trying to find out if anyone has one or knows where to get one, probably more readily available in euro markets. I know that Bosch hasn't had the Systainers for quite a while as they have the L Boxx system now.

From what I remember Bosch trialled the T-Loc systainer for a while, but decided on the L-Boxx, as such the Bosch T-Loc was never widely available or easily obtained now.

Was a Bosch branded T-loc ever available with a tool in the USA ?

I can remember Makita and Metabo having classic systainers for some of their tools in the U.S., but never Bosch and never t-locs. Mirka, Lamello, Fein and Mafell have also offered or offer systainers , but I don't know of any others. 

Interesting the Makita and Metabo as well as hitachi have now gone to knockoff classic designs.

I would like to get my hands on the Bosch Systainer for my new jig, but having two of these L box in front of me they are far more durable than the systainers.

Sapphire Blue Systainers will soon be available from Woodcraft.  Sapphire Blue should be pretty close to Bosch Blue

One way of adding the beveled logo is to 3D print the logo. I think this could make the sapphire blue systainer look very similar to the original Bosch Systainer. I was planning to do this a while a go. I printed the bosch logo, but managed to order the wrong color systainer (http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-and-tanos-systainers/custom-systainer-with-3d-printed-logo/). The concept of 3D printing the beveled logo was however successful, so i will order a new systainer in the bosch colors and make another try.

The Bosch blue is more subdued than the Tanos sapphire. But in the same general ballpark. The sapphire should work nicely for Bosch.

Pretty sure no Bosch systainers were ever offered in the USA. I managed to get my hands on a Classic Bosch sys quite a few years ago. The Bosch sys says Systainer but not Tanos on it.

The Makita and DeWalt systainers do not have any Tanos or Systainer branding on them and I think they may have been copies.

Other brands such as Fein, Mirka, etc have Tanos Systainer on them in addition to the actual tool branding.

Makita definitely had an authentic systainer for about five minutes.

But now that I think about it , were not available here either. I think they quickly went to a knockoff in one year.

I have an authentic Makita Systainer bought in the USA for the track saw, it's identical in every way other than Makita blue and the Makita name right on it. I know they had them in SYS 2 and 3 as well and think you can still get them. They will say authorized by Tanos in the plastic, mine does.

I am almost positive you can get the Makita real tanos on ebay from ToolPlus in several sizes.

I bought this exact deal off Amazon for 262.00 and it came with an authorized Tanos Systainer and I believe it still does. It doesn't state that explicitly, but it didn't when I purchased mine either. It stated stack-able unit as it does now, below is the Systainer box I received.

Magpal, very nice on the Logo, looks great!
I worked in Spain for a few months about 6 years ago and I had a few of the Bosch Systainers, a couple classic style ones. I didn't ship my tools home as it would have been crazy expensive. But I like this Idea of doing the Tanos and "Branding it".
Anyone know if the Anthracite color is the same as the new Limited edition Festool Sys? (Festool Blue) ?

[member=59323]dmick[/member] - definitely not.  Anthracite is a dark grey charcoal color -like anthracite.

The pro5 ltd. ed. sys color is a very dark navy just like the main tool body color.
This color was also the same on the ltd.ed. cooltainer of last year.  It is neither anthracite or black.

[member=3437]dovetail[/member] - interesting that those are officially licensed.  Wonder if Metabo and Hitachi are doing the same ?  Here's a link to the real deal made by Tanos for Makita that were available for a while.  The track saws also came in them for a short time too.  I know of a guy out in AZ that has one.
