Bought a bunch of Festool things

I think I hit Gold as the gentleman was 69 and moving out of state and was trying to get storage cleaned out. Some of it is older but never opened. Also got a bunch of Woodpecker box clamps ,Xmat and clamp holders. There were 6 50” Bessey kre50 clamps etc. I don’t have my list but I’ll share shortly

One of the things was a pair of Festool Safety Goggles with a spare lense in a zippered Festool bag that velcros to your belt. Has anyone see this before, I googled last night and couldn’t find and wondered if it was a promo? Also a foldable Tape.

I made a similar purchase recently, and got a Festool toilet plunger as part of the deal......  I'm still not sure if it's an old promotional item, or the world's subtlest joke.

That set of safety glasses was given away here in NA often at the Festool Connect events.  They were sold overseas.  The folding rules came in a couple of different versions - the ones made by Stabile were the best.

Good to see you posting again.  How are things on Wildcat Creek?  How did shop floor come out?  Did you accent the floor with the cut nails?  Looks like you hit a goldmine with the Festool items.  Good luck to you.

Good to hear from you,hope things are good in Ohio.
No real reason I haven’t been posting. I’m still retired and still only WW in the winter. I’m still buying/using and selling Kiln Dried Live Edge Walnut (and a little Elm). I really enjoy doing that and the people involved in doing similar interests. If you know of anyone let me know

Things are wonderful on the Wildcat, lots of wildlife. The shop floor turned out great and I LOVE the Cut Nails!! Took a little more time/effort but the look is fantastic. Thank You for the idea, I would have never thought of that and it’s perfect for the shop/cabin/barn.

If you run across a sale of a cordless Festool jigsaw without batteries let me know. I’ve got batteries with the tsc55 & the drill.

I will watch for a jigsaw and report back if I find a deal.  Are you interested in the barrel or the D-Handle?

You will like the TSC55.  the 5.2 batteries makes it a little heavy, but you probably find it light compared to your 75.

You will like the TSC55.  the 5.2 batteries makes it a little heavy, but you probably find it light compared to your 75.

I’d prefer the Barrel but would consider the other , I don’t use it often but like the cordless platform.

I have a pair I got several years ago.  Came with clear and sunglass lenses.

I actually saw 2 on eBay for $51/$55. I told my wife and she said that’s ridiculous

I didn't look closer but I assume the lenses are the same.

Down here in Aus, those glasses in the case used to come with the EHL65 planer.
