BPS C12 just stopped working

My C12 stopped working. Swapped batteries and still nothing. No beep like just before battery dies. Anyone experience the same and if so, what should I do? TIA

Motor is broken or the electronics module. Both are expensive elements and you'd best send it to Festool for repair.

My C12 died about 5-6 years after purchase when the motor control module failed. Repair was about $90 US several years ago. I eventually bought a CSX that retired the C12.

Thanks to the replies. I figured something expensive to repair but still better to repair than buy new. It looks like new anyway... Cheers
