Building Sysport/Cabinet - question about 32mm system

I'm going to try my hand at making a set of Sysports using the Sys-AZ drawers, but also would like to make the sysport cabinets according to the 32mm cabinetry spec. The idea is to make the boxes "universal", so that they can fit both the Sys-AZ drawers, and DIY cabinet drawers using the 32mm system.

I'm wondering if anyone else has done this, and if there are any particular issues I should be aware of. Basically, I'll follow the instructions as outlined for Sys-AZ drawars, but then follow up with holes drilled per the 32mm spec (5mm holes, 32 apart, 37 back, etc) Any insights, opinions, etc are appreciated.

Second, I'm trying to get my head around where the first/lowest hole should be for the 32mm part of this. I want to build these like typical cabinets, with the bottom horizontal piece sitting between the two vertical side pieces. Does my first hole need to be 32mm up from that? (32mm + materical thickness?)  If the first hole isn't going to be at 32mm, then I won't be able to use the end stops on the LR32, correct?

In case it's not obvious already, I've never done cabinets before so I'm very "green".

I just completed my first one this past weekend. I used the LR32 system as well. I used the Hickory 16" Euro Slides from Menardshttp://www.menards.com/main/kitchen...e-mount-drawer-slide-2-pk/p-1444425000014.htm
with Euro Screws from leevalley.comhttp://www.leevalley.com/US/hardware/page.aspx?p=42000&cat=3,41306,41315
The first hole starts at 9.5mm from the bottom and then 32mm after that. I had it first row of holes set back 36mm from the front, back set at 76mm, this is dependent on your specific slide. If you need any more info let me know.

There's markings on the stops for 9.5, 16 and 32mm. It will take some practice, so just get it and test on some scrap. Just make sure you orient to the same end if your cabinets aren't measured on 32mm height multiples.

Just know that using the Sys-AZ drawers you'll be paying for the privilege. I priced the drawers I made at about 25% including 1/2" ply and drawer slides.

These are double-depth.

Thanks. I bought some extra 3/4" ply so I can build up a cabinet to do all the trial and error on.

I'm planning on building these at 22" deep so I'll have a little extra space behind the systainers. I'll just put a shelf or something behind each one.
