Stopped by my local Costco today for some Christmas shopping and ran into a display of Sylvania Mosaic flexible LED lighting strips. 8' total - 4 - 2' strips with flexible connectors, transformer, and wireless remote. The LED's are RGB so you can vary from bright white to 15 different colors with dimming and fades and strobes, etc. You can connect up to 20 feet of strips together. You can order (at a discount from a Sylvania website extensions, but the costs aren't that much different than buying another whole kit and keeping the none strip stuff.
$29.99. I have been looking at other stuff and was about to drop $150 for about 18', but I got 16 feet for $60 plus tax.
Well worth buying and selling at a profit later. Just a heads up. Not available on their website - warehouse only.
