Hi hope I am not breaking any rules here I dont work for this dealer just a satisfied new customer.

Last week I decided after posting on here about it , to order an fs/rapid clamp from my local dealer who I wont name and shame. I phoned them and was told they could not order this ?25 item they needed a ?250 minimum order with Festool. I was pretty annoyed as I have spent thousands in this shop over the years.

Next I looked online and found Bunnys Bolts based in Woking Surrey not far from me I phoned them and they were great they ordered straight away and I collected yesterday.
While there I looked around they sell all sorts of great gear the Prebena systainer air compressors, most of the Festool kit is on show and they even have a VW T5 van fully kitted out with systainer ports. Really helpful staff too.

I also ordered some Festool clamps from them in Oct 2007, and as far as I remember they arrived very quickly, and I would be very happy to buy from them again.

I posted that experience in a UK forum, and another customer commented that although Bunny's had mistakingly sent them the wrong item, the correct item arrived the following day, along with a t-shirt, a hat, and a folding rule, by way of apology!

Ron Pegram of McFeely's also had good things to say about them, and they also have an eBay shop under the name of  festool-shop where they sell some interesting kit.

Items include the Multimaster Systainer insert that I mentioned a few weeks ago, and the wheeled sack truck for Systainers, both from Tanos.

Yeah I saw that as I have just bought the Multimaster.

I do know another good dealer Jaycee tools in Northolt, I have used them for must be 20 years or more long before they started selling Festool when Elu was around  :).

I also noticed a great Senco compressor in Bunny's, really small and only around ?100 but sadly not man enough for my T nailer so I think I will go for the next model up with the twin tanks.
