All the demos I see on the LR 32 system evolves frame less european style cabinets. Can the  LR 32 system be used to build cabinets with frames, or do the offset get screwed up.

Or is just a matter of skipping the cup hole boring and every thing else is the same. That would leave the problem of determining the correct placement of the hinged on the frame? or is their a way to use the LR32 system to place the hinged on the frame?

I thought this had more to do with hinge selection that anything else.

I.e. you choose framless/flush hinges... or partial overlay, full overlay, etc.  The position of the hinges on the door doesn't vary.  Just the hinge action and hinge mounting (to the frame, or to the face frame).

I wouldn't worry about drilling holes for hinges with the LR 32.Most cup hinges for face frame are mounted with just 1 screw onto the side of the FF.
You can use the LR 32 to drill your holes for shelves clips.I do.
