Has anyone used the LR32 35mm cup boring bit on a door stile that is 2 1/2" or 2 3/4 " wide door frame. This is a glass panel cabinet door frame that is 63" long and 18" wide  each frame will employ four (4) hinges. I have searched the "how to " but could not locate any info. Your advise and comments will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Ed

2 1/2" is 63.5mm
so presumably the glass (or rebate etc) IS 1/2".
leaving 51mm
that leaves 16mm for play

i would say it should work well
you might have to put a similar thickness filler piece in to support the rail

It depends, if 63" (1600.2mm) can be evenly divided by 32mm than yes it can be used. The LR32 is based on 32mm system,
