Can you count on 30 day return from all dealers?

Don't count on the 30 day trail from all dealers. I bought the domino, assortment and CT26 last week and couldn't justify the cost. I only cut one mortise with it and tried returning it today. They refused without even looking at it. This was the woodcraft in San Antonio
 
All you need to do is get in contact with Shane at sho@festoolusa.com and I am sure that he will be able to offer or get assistance.

Just because you got bad info from a dealer's employee(s) does not make it so.

As Peter suggested, send me your name and phone number (sho@festoolusa.com) and I'll help get this resolved. The 30-day return policy should be honored by all Festool dealers in the US/Canada.

Edit - I've already been in touch with and gotten a response from our Director of Sales for that area and he will be in touch with you if I don't hear from you before then to help get this resolved. Also, I edited the thread title, which was misleading since you can count on all dealers providing Festool's 30-day money back guarantee.
